Inclusion and intercultural approach

How to reap the benefit of diversity and differences

Is your workplace heterogeneous and protects diversity? Or a homogeneous workplace with a need to challenge attitudes and prejudices? Or maybe a workplace that is looking for alternatives to theoretical plans in your diversity work?

about tre service

TILLT offers your leaders and employees practical training in cooperative ability as well as handling the differences and cultural clashes that diversity challenges us with. Together we explore, challenge and test attitudes about diversity. We work with responsiveness where openness to each other's differences gives new insights.
The purpose is to strengthen your ability to cooperate and thus bring home the value of differences and diversity.

why?

Today's society is characterized by diversity and interculturalism, which requires radically new ways of thinking, collaborating and acting. Workplaces' internal cultures need to be complemented by conscious working methods where diversity is utilized and where inclusion and collaboration instead of competition is the model. TILLT helps you create social innovation through our artist-driven processes.

this is how we work

Under the guidance of an artist and a process manager from TILLT, you are guided in a creative and analytical process. The artist leads in an amusing and playful way exploratory and reflective exercises where we together have a dialogue that illuminates, clarifies and develops current issues.

result

In concrete terms, the process leads to managers and employees becoming better at collaborating and highlighting each other's differences in order to perform better together. In the wake of this, the response culture within the organization is developed both internally and externally.
The focus is on the individuals in the process rather than on roles and function.

Working with artists and creative approaches is a well-proven way of challenging attitudes, working with attitudes and instilling courage to try new mindsets for individuals and groups.
