From hopelessness and risk of breakdown to wanting to go to work, stand up and do your best. A workplace with major internal communication problems was assisted by the artist Peter Wanselius and TILLT's process leader Maria Mebius-Schröder, starting in the autumn of 2019 and ending in the summer of 2021. The project was about living its values and the crucial interaction, both between managers and other employees, but also between employees.
