Culture as a motor for innovation in the Baltic Sea region

Baltic Creative Clash was a project funded by the Swedish Institute, with the aim of working with and exploring the power of art and culture in development and innovation in the Baltic Sea region.

The aim of the project was to build a well balanced and transparent work procedure where the specific competencies of artists and creatives can be used as a support for academics and the business sector when working to increase the innovative power in the region.

The project’s goal is to increase awareness about the possibilities that artistic interventions as catalyst for innovation and sustainable growth in the Baltica Sea Region.
Participating organizations besides TILLT: Creative Estonia from Tallin, Estonia, Cobuce (Competence Building Centre) and Tranzit (NGO Support agency for cultural initiatives), both from Kaliningrad, Russia.
