The open process

Participating in the AIRIS enterprise entails having an open attitude towards artisticwork in general, and in particular towards valuing the creative process higher than the actual end product. Of special interest is the social processes within the group, or groups, of participants involved in an AIRIS project. This implies that the artistic work should high-light on-going, often previously unrecognized, issues at the workplace as well as focus on issues of power structures and the striving for further development of democratic processes.
