Creative atmosphere

The AIRIS enterprise, as distinct from almost every other human resource development program, displays no specific demands of measurable results.

An AIRIS project may very well yield tangible artistic end products - and indeed most often does so; however, this is no prerequisite for the project to be deemed successful. More important is the ambition to achieve a creative atmosphere that will generate new insights, new knowledge and a new set of perspectives on the creative process unique to each affiliated workplace.
